Typically, our products are produced when you place an order.  This means that you get a freshly finished quality item that has been handmade just for you!  

It usually takes us three to five business days to produce your item because of our painting processes.   You can expect us to ship your item no later than five business days after you've placed the order. 

We use FedEx and the United States Postal Service to ship products.  You will receive a tracking number once the item is shipped.

If an item is damaged in shipping, please take a picture of the damage and report it to us so we can make sure you get the quality you deserve.


We stand behind each of our products, and we hope that every item leaving our shop enjoys its stay forever with you; however, we know sometimes an item isn't quite the right fit.

As such, we offer a 30 day return period for all of our non-custom items, with refunds given minus return shipping costs, which varies based on size and location.

Once an item is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund, minus the return shipping costs.
